DATES AND TIMES

This Seminar is for 2 days only, May 21st and 22nd, 2011 (Sat & Sun). The Registration Desk will operate from 8am each day; the Seminar will start at 9am and finish by 5pm each day. Please arrive by 8:30 to enable processing of registrations and for the Seminar to start on time.



WHO CAN ATTEND?

You must be a member of the Bujinkan to participate.

If you are 14-17 years you will need consent from a parent or guardian to participate.

Participants will need to complete a waiver and complete a statement that they do not suffer any medical condition which makes it unsafe for them to practice a martial art.



LOCATION

The Taikai Venue will be the prestigious Japanese Canadian Culture JCCCPictureCenter, which is the natural gathering point for Japanese Canadian cultural activities in Toronto.

Training will be held in Kobayashi Hall which is a new 6,500 square foot performance hall opened in 2004 and with your participation this Taikai will truly resonate throughout the community.

Single/Double Occupancy        '$88/night + tax'

Each guestroom consists of a choice of 2 double beds or king size bed, complimentary high speed internet, data port, voicemail, coffeemaker, iron & ironing board, heated bathroom floors, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and remote control television.

In order to confirm a reservation you will need to provide a valid credit card number with expiration date and card holders’ name. Please ensure you use the group name “BUJINKAN” when making reservations. These rates are only valid until
6 May 2011 so don’t delay, reserve today.



Check-In& Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Checkout time is 12:00 p.m.

Guest Parking

The hotel will be providing full valet service to all overnight guests, charge is $11.95 per car per night.


 

For participants looking for other accomodations Greg Tremblay has graciously offered to host people on a budget.
